Our process for delivering lasting value
1 Sketch Approval and Finalization
Collaborate with the client to understand their vision and preferences.
Generate initial sketches and concept designs based on client input. Present sketches to the client for review and feedback. Revise sketches as necessary based on client feedback until the design is approved. Develop detailed design specifications including dimensions, materials, and finishes.
2 Technical drawing development
Translate approved sketches into comprehensive technical drawings using software.
Create detailed drawings for each furniture component, specifying measurements and construction details.Include material specifications, joinery methods, and any custom features in the technical drawings. Ensure accuracy and clarity of drawings to facilitate smooth production processes.
3 Assembly, Pre-fitting, and Preparation
Assemble furniture components according to the technical drawings, following precise instructions.
Conduct pre-fitting of assembled components to ensure proper alignment and fit.
Make any necessary adjustments or modifications to components to achieve the desired fit and finish. Prepare furniture pieces for installation by ensuring all components are properly labeled and organized.
4 Installation and assembly on site
Deliver furniture pieces to the designated location as scheduled. Coordinate with the client or site manager to determine optimal placement and installation sequence. Assemble furniture on-site according to the finalized design and layout plan. Conduct a final inspection to confirm that the installation meets the client’s specifications and expectations.
